PETRON MALAYSIA has been made aware that there has been circulation of business cards which carries the unauthorized use of our Company’s trademark and images of our service station in the promotion of a ‘loan offer’ published under the name of “PATRON LOAN” offered by an individual known as ‘Mr. Vincent’; specifically in Sabah (and possibly within other states in Malaysia).

PETRON MALAYSIA including any of its associated companies are NOT involved or associated in any way whatsoever with the above-mentioned ‘loan offer’. We wish to alert the public that Petron’s image and trademark is being used fraudulently. PETRON MALAYSIA will continue to take any action deemed necessary with the relevant authorities on this matter.
